• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

• Full Payment: Remaining balance is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service.

• Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

4. Health & Professional Conduct

• Client Responsibility: You agree to communicate any medical conditions, preferences, or concerns prior to your session.

• Professional Standards: Our practitioners follow state licensing requirements, NCBTMB codes, and standards of client dignity and safety Tranquil Therapy.

• Dress and Draping Protocol: Clients are properly draped during treatments for warmth and professionalism. Undergarments may be worn at your discretion Tranquil Therapy.

5. Client Rights

As a client, you have the right to:

• A clean, safe, and comfortable treatment space

• Discontinue your treatment at any time for any reason

• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for session fees may be issued only under special circumstances, at our discretion.

• Returned Checks or Failed Payments: A service fee may apply, and future appointments may require pre-payment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of our services at any time, without notice, and with no liability to clients.
